Subscribing to an EnjoyMyMedia channel is free, easy to start (and stop) and simply entails a 3 click setup process. After you've done this one initial time, you will forever be automatically and continously kept in sync with all the media in a channel-- the videos, photos, documents, audio recordings, favorite web sites and whatever else is being Netcast. And because EnjoyMyMedia channels are live, all the media in them are always guaranteed to be current and up to date. See example channels.
Subscribing ususally but not always starts with an invitation from a Netcaster (many channels are private and their subscriptions are by invitation of the Netcaster only). Luckily, you don't have to download or install anything, you simply click a link in the invitation email to add the Channel to a Receiver* you already have such as one of these (you can even add a channel to multiple Receivers if you'd like):
