We use the information you provide about yourself when registering with EnjoyMyMedia in the administration and running of our web site and the provision of its services. For example, we need to know the email address of your subscribers so we may invite them to your channel. Further they need to create an account (create a password) so we may limit access to your media to authorized subscribers to your channels (e.g., they'll need to log in so we may authenticate they are valid subscribers before we show them your media). We do not share, rent or sell this information with outside parties.
We use the information you provide about someone else when inviting them to subscribe to a Channel in the administration and running of our web site and the provision of its services. We do not share, rent or sell this information with outside parties.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared, rented or sold to outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our web site and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our web site, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, advertising is turned off for individuals under 13 and no information on children (even non-identifying, aggregate information) is shared with advertisers. Subscribers under 13 can not submit comments on any pages of the web site while Netcasters under 13 must get parental permission before their Transmitter is activated.
