Netcasting is Simple:

If You Can Save Files, You Can Be A Netcaster

Simply by saving files to folders, you can broadcast over the Internet ("Netcast") live channels filled with your media to specific individuals ("Subscribers"). There is nothing special about these folders, they are normal Windows folders except they are continuously monitored by the free EnjoyMyMedia Transmitter software. When a file is saved or changed in one of these Netcasting folders, the Transmitter automatically updates that channel for all of its subscribers’ such that a simple click instantly brings them the current media 24X7.

Just as a folder is a way to organize files, a channel is a way to organize media. EnjoyMyMedia channels are, however, not random collections of media, but are designed to be interesting to the specific audiences you are targeting (similar to how the different content on the Lifetime, Sci Fi or ESPN cable TV channels attract different audiences). Furthermore, channels can be private and only available to specific Subscribers OR public and available to everyone.

Subscribers to EnjoyMyMedia channels do not need to install any software and can be "received" at hundreds of convenient, well-visited locations such as My Yahoo, iGoogle, My AOL, Microsoft Vista’s Sidebar, Nintendo’s Wii, smart phones, Facebook, Internet browsers (such as IE, Firefox Safari, Chrome, Opera, and more) or any other RSS-compliant system.
